Terms & Conditions
Welcome to RollingRight — your destination for safe wheels and straight talk. These Terms & Conditions outline the rules for using our website and receiving any services from our team. By continuing to browse, book, or visit, you acknowledge that you’ve read, understood, and accepted these terms in full. 1. Appointments & Scheduling 1.1. You may schedule service via our online booking system, by phone, or by visiting us directly. 1.2. We strive to serve every customer on time, and ask that you do the same. If you’re unable to attend your appointment, please notify us as early as possible — ideally no less than 3 hours in advance. 1.3. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we reserve the right to shorten, reschedule, or cancel your appointment depending on the queue. 2. Service Standards & Expectations 2.1. We perform a quick visual inspection before every job. If we find any issue that could impact the service — like damaged wheels, abnormal wear, or locking nuts without keys — we’ll pause and notify you. 2.2. Our team works carefully, but certain underlying problems (e.g. internal tyre defects, worn studs, corroded rims) may not be visible beforehand. We are not liable for such hidden damage or the effects of previously poor repairs. 2.3. The quoted prices on our site or by phone are estimates. Final costs may change depending on your vehicle’s condition, rim size, tyre type, or required procedures. 3. Payments & Refunds 3.1. Payment must be made in full immediately after service. We accept most payment methods including debit/credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash. 3.2. Invoices are available upon request. For fleet or corporate customers, specific billing arrangements can be discussed in advance. 3.3. We do not offer refunds for completed services, except in cases where a clear error or fault has occurred on our side. In such rare cases, we will assess and either re-perform the service or issue partial compensation at our discretion. 4. Customer Responsibilities 4.1. Please ensure that your vehicle is accessible, legal to operate, and does not present a safety risk to our staff (e.g. broken jacks, leaking fluids, sharp metal). 4.2. Remove all valuables and personal items before leaving your vehicle with us. We are not responsible for lost or damaged belongings. 4.3. You are also responsible for informing us of any unusual vehicle features, previous damage, or issues that may affect how your tyres are handled. 5. Safety & Behavior 5.1. For safety reasons, customers are not allowed in the service bay during work. A comfortable waiting area is provided. 5.2. We expect respectful communication at all times. Verbal abuse, threats, or aggressive behavior toward staff or other customers will result in immediate refusal of service and potential reporting to authorities. 6. Use of Website 6.1. Our website is intended for general information, booking, and communication purposes. We aim to ensure all information is current and accurate but make no guarantees regarding errors or omissions. 6.2. Any misuse of the website — including unauthorized access attempts, spamming, or fraudulent bookings — will be investigated and may result in blocked access or legal action. 7. Privacy & Data Protection 7.1. Any personal data you submit through our website (e.g. name, phone number, vehicle info) is stored securely and used solely for service delivery and communication. 7.2. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to third parties. 7.3. You may request access to or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us through our website or email. 8. Changes to These Terms 8.1. We may revise these Terms & Conditions occasionally to reflect service updates, legal requirements, or operational improvements. 8.2. The most recent version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services means you agree to the latest terms as published.
